What to do when the map maker is not loading?
Make sure you are using the latest internet browser version.
If it doesn't help try opening Grafomap on another device (desktope recommended)

How many custom map posters have you sold?
Too many to count. We have been in the business for almost 3 years, so there are a lot of happy map owners in this world.
Couldn't I just make my own map poster with Google maps?
Unfortunately not, Google maps are low resolution, ugly and copyright protected. But you can still try :)
From where the custom map maker takes the information?
It's our own super secret technology (wink wink). We spent a lot of time developing the software and making sure that what you see is what you get. Enjoy!
Am I able to add an icon on my map poster to highlight a specific place?
We are working on it.
Are you selling digital files of your maps?
We don't have copyrights for that.
What is your refund policy?
After receiving your map poster you can ask for refund no questiones asked. Just be fair to us.

We've listened to our customer feedback for the last couple years and have constantly improved the quality, we receive very few refund requests and it's almost always due to 3rd party shipping services.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to any place in the world.
How long the shipping takes?
Less than 4 business days with express shipping and under 20 days with free shipping.
Do I have to pay any duties or taxes upon receiving the poster?
Not in EU and US but in some countries our customers have to pay duties when receiving the map. Please consult local post office.
